SASA PROSA:X SHOWCASE
Its the day we've been waiting for. Was scheduled to be held on late May, but was delayed & postponed due to time constraints & stuffs. Finally, the date has been fixed, veneu confirmed & 28 Jul 07, Sat at Hard Rock Cafe, its the Syed Azmir's SASA PROSA:X album SHOWCASE!!
I was asked to be there early to settle some things.We were welcomed by Merbuk Platoon crews, ushered to our exclusive seats & drinks were served. I managed to buy another 7 albums! Crazy SV. (Yes, 7 of m are wif me now, yet to be given to da upcoming bday ppl!) :D By the time, guests, fanz, families, VIPs & medias began to fill the place.
4.30pm, MVC of Episod Lelaki were screened. Fiza O & Shazzy Falak as the hosts. Interative segments with 5 lucky fanz to warm up the atmosphere. Azmir appeared & sang the very hottest hit, Kuasa Cintamu. Live band performances! Slow number up next, Lagu Tidurku, which is q. a favourites. Followed by Pandangan Pertama & Padamkan Cerita Cintaku, before he received the album's plaque by Wake The Baby records. When was asked to give a speech, Azmir extends his big thanks to everyone. He was so touched by the overwhelming supports & loves, that he shed tears. Tears of joy & tears of satisfactions. Felt grateful after 2yrs of hardworks & waiting, all his efforts are now paid off. Encore performance requested by guests, he sang Bayangan Pelangi.
Next, receptions! Free flow of foods & beverages in da house yaww!! Satisfied western taste! Menu of the day, all western food! Autograph session, q. a long queue. MVC of Kuasa Cintamu was played too. I was positioned amongst the last (cos' food come first, idol later ahh. hehe!) When it was my turn to step on stage, he shouted me out loud! LOLs. Strucked & blurred SV. Pass him the album covers to be autograph & he ordered me like a maid entertaining a nonsense king. You cracked others up, brudder! :P
Had more photo takings & migling with the guests outside HRC, before Azmir had to leave for dinner & head back to KL. And it was call a day! Overall, i shall give a rate of hundred out of 10 can? HAHAHA! It was the ever-tremendously-best showcase i attended! Unforgettable moments with all. Sweet memories to be cherished.

Anugerah TQ Showcase / Tampines Green Youth Carnival
Hi. Hi. Hoho. Currently, i lost my voice oi!! Urgh. Feverish. Sick. That's the aftermath of attended 2 events on last weekend. Hehe! :)
Anugerah Thank You Showcase @ Plaza Singapura last Sat was great. We went there 3+hrs in advanced just to get a perfect view of them. LOL. Never had enough. The 10 semifinalists were there to perform each per songs (some of them even sang English songs), except the winner wif 3 songs. The interactive sessions with the fans was usually the highlights of the event, for me. Overall, it was good. Heh. Yeah, good. Veryyy good. But tiredness.
... 3 Samdolz of the dayy. Wan, Alfi & Hairi yaww! ...
Next, Tampines Green Youth Carnival on Sunday. It was drizzling at first, but raining heavily at last. Bad weather. Veryy muddy. But still, we enjoyed the performances of our 5 locals fantastic artistes. Imran Ajmain came out first, singing Ghaibmu, Seribu Tahun & Sudah Tu Sudah. Goosebumps! Had a short forum abt errr, sex? HAHAHA! Then, its Didicazli's turn. Sang Jasa Ibu & Dambaan. Ya dahh ya dahh. I know its sooo sweeeet when he invited his mum up on.
Roslan Mohd performed RatnaKu & Sarat. Woooooo. His live performances were fantastic! Cool. More shows await, i hopes. Hyrul Anuar entertained us with his Kesal & Asal Engkau Bahagia. His dancers were hilarious. LOL. Nice songs! Aliff Aziz sang Sonata Musim Salju & Sedang Ingin Bercinta. His young fanz had the loudest screams of all. Good for him, thou. The closing ceremony, all the artistes were up on stage to do some prayers & the 5 locals had their impromtu performances, singing Sinaran. And they had a short session of photo takings. And its a wrap! Hoho.

Anugerah 2007 Grand Finals
Halloness, surfers. Yesterday, the most prestige night with full of nervousness. The born of our new talented star. Frankly, i can't feel the heat if to compare this yr & last 2 yr of Anugerah. Maybe most of us can predict easily who will win. Haaaa. No doubt, our young man won it. Congrats, Aliff!! =)
Reflashed back shall we? I love Agnes's songs sang by Warah, Tanpa KekasihKu & Tak Ada Logika. She tried her very best despite of having sore throat. We enjoyed her performances. Great! She moves the audiences!! Roslan was next. Sang Bonda by Mike & IzinKan Ku Pergi by Kaer. I believed the audiences in theatre were stunned by his voice & the way he sang it, soulfully!! We can feel his sincerity. I can't help but teared when he sang Bonda.
Maiya with her powerful voice sang Gemilang by Jac & Pilihlah Aku by KD. She's excellent but somehow i don't understand why she looks unconfident. Aliff then sang Mungkir Bahagia by Hazami & Sedang Ingin Bercinta by Dewa. We were entertained by his performance with the whisper voice? Whatever the judges commented, i somehow dont fully understand lahh. :X
However, the grp & duet sings is a dissapointment. Seriously. No need to comment more abt it lahh ehks. Its over afterall. The guests performances? Hmmpfhh. I was really hoping they will bring the last 2yrs finalists. Heh. Anws, it a good competiton thou. Full of controversy, unexpected things & unhappiness sides. See, this are the parts & parcels in the entertainment world. More to reveal? Only Gods Know. :)

Anugerah Roadshow/Dewa Dewi 2007 Finals
Holla dearest sv's surfers....! :) SV is back. Since currently i've been busy with studies. Just pray the best for me, and i sure will not dissapoint my loved ones with my results. :)
Alritey, yest i went for the Anugerah 07 Roadshow at J.E. entertainment centre as it was held near my hometown, i just dropped by to catch a glimpse there. The response was overwhelming..! Thank God. Good wheather, great atmosphere, spontaneous crowds. I'm sure the 4 finalsts must be grateful with the supports. Roslan, Aliff, Warah & Maiya entertained the audiences for 2hrs. The interactive segments with the fanz was absolutely fantastic! HAHAHA!
Next, headed to Expo for Dewa Dewi Finals! Showing some love & supports to the crazy brudder, Jonet, Kak Intan & Bro Sidi. Briefly, it was tough competition i should say. The males are all good lookings while the females are gorgeously beautiful. The costumes is by Zul Radi. They sure look like the real brides & grooms! Hehe! 10 Dewas & 10 Dewis wannabe, fighting to grab that crown of being the champ. Cat-walks practice, videoshoots,rehearsals & etc, are all the efforts & sacrifices they've put in. Yest was the nite whr they gv all out. The brudder looks confident & fierce as usual lahh.
Fast-forward, he won the Mr. Congeniality Award. And thats enuff for us actually. Hehs. But, we don't expect him to be in the top 3!! LOL. Okays, den its q&a segment. His qn was q. tedious & he looks nervous. Fortunately, he was able to answered with his relax "dj voice". HAHAHA! And there goes the most nervous part of announcing the results. "Dewa 2007 goes to..... JUNAIDI MD. SALI!!!!" Wooohoooo!!! We stood up & cheered for him! He must be surprised with the result & so do we! Dewi 2007 goes to his partner, Kak Fathiya. CONGRATS!

Anugerah Ep.11 - SF Results/Preview
Heys surfers...! =D First & foremost let me scream this out loud of my lungs here...
ROSLAN IS IN THE FINALS!!!!!!!!
Ok done. Hehs. Yeapz, i am super duper doubly excited & happy for him. He was qualified to be in the next round. We are grateful of the results. Thank god for answering our prayers, thank civilised audiences who voted sincerely based on talents, thank judges who felt that he got that x factor to be the next big thang' yaww!!
Recall-ed about yesterday moments. Only those in studios knew it. Once entered the studio, heart pumping non-stop! Was seated at the back row, at least no one can noticed me aye? Haaaa. You know i know. I am soooo the "cengeng". LOL.
Alfi, Wan, Shakillah & Hanah are the first to be announced as not safe. Left the 6 contenders standing impatiently. By that time, i had a heavy rainfall. Trying to hold it back, but its seem so hard. I looked down. I am sooo afraid, i tell you. Den, Roslan & Maiya was called out. Thats the most painful moments. When hosts slowly said that they will be in the next round, i stood up & scream like nobody business. Hahaha!
Left 4 more names. 2 will go & 2 will stay. Sabby, Hairi, Aliff & Warah. She did not get into the next round. And thats make Aliff & Warah to be in the next round. Well, to Hairi & Sabby, you still rock hokays. You knew it. And we still support you no matter what goes by. :)
After the prog, i ran to the stage & hug Sabby. See, i can't control myself. Haa. I did not realised what happened yest. Until a fren told me that the "2sec manager was beside u". HAHAHA! Sorry babe. Maybe it was sudden reactions of mine. And Lan or others, dont teased me when i'm moody coz i will sure "jeling" you!! :P

AIN Society Event
Headed to Bukit Batok East, Ave 3 for the AIN Society event, organised by South West CDC. There's Didicazli, Chico, Sleeq, Karisma & many more!
The 3ArtsCrew make the openings, a kind of like a musical. Entertaining! Next is Didicazli. Performing Jasa Ibu (specially for his mum) & of course, he sang the hits, Dambaan...! Sleeq was next. Performing together with their frenz, sang Masanya & Pilihlah Aku. The young audiences enjoyed their performances! Sleeq moves them around! Wooohooo!
The main purpose, to give support to Cirul lahh! He's in the singing competition finals! He sang Ketika Kau Menyapah by Marcell.. Oooh fantastic! :) Gratefully he got the 3rd position! You go, brudder! Steadylahh!! =)
Chico was invited & he performed TakKan Melupakan Mu & Kau Pergi Jua. While Karisma sang Pencinta Wanita & their new song. Heh. :)

New Boyz @ TWM
Heys you! =) At the moment, NO Hady nor Taufik events yet. Neither did Azmir. Since they are busy with their carrier & need breaks. Heh. And sooo, today i went to the Heritage Centre to catch New Boyz!! Ya dah ya dah.. that grp with their "sad-sad" songs.. ooooh! I'm a big fan of this grp since i was in the sec sch time.. Heee! All those songs reminds me of the "monkey love"! :P
Met up wif gfs, ambushed TWM. Later, the grp reached, did their mic checks & stuffs. Our local duo, Karisma did the opening act for the show. Nity as the host. Karisma did 3 nums, Pencinta Wanita, Dealova & their single, Disini Menunggu. I think. Haaaa. :D Next, its them! NEW BOYZ!! hehe! They performed live - Putus, Semula Padaku, Kau Bernama Cinta, Kamu Bilang & Andai Mungkin! These are the new songs from the album lahh. And, i was sooo touched when Tomok sang medley of Marah Bukan Sifat Ku & Meraung!! Old memories babe.... weeeeeeeee~~ :)

Anugerah Ep.10 - SemiFinal Round
Hollllaaaaaaaaaaa! To the surfers who watched Anugerah Ep. 10 last Tues (either live or at home), what are your personal views ehks? :) This is SV's view. If you disagree with me, sorry. As for me, i'm being equally fair okays. I have to say that its q. a dissapointment performances by most of the contestants. Seriously. We expect the best or better this time, but maybe due to damn-nervous-ness, they were someow can't really focus.
There was a contestant who forgot the lyrics but tried the best to cover it up. After the event, i asked the person abt it, & gv me the replied, "nervous lahh". Well, we have to understand their conditions. Put us in their shoe, i'm sure we'll did the same. :) As for some contestants whom i felt that can sure did great, but end up can't really gave all out. Yet, we still enjoyed their performances as they have given their best.
And, last but not least, the two persons (you shd know by now), did good. Ehem! I was mesmerized by Roslan Mohd's rendition of Sarat. From not into a fan of this local song, i became more interested in it now! If i could recall back what our legend singer commented on him, it would be "You have the potential to be a Superstar!!" .Wooohooo! Sabarina Abdullah, has a nice vocal range. She reminds me of Kris Dayanti. Thou she do not have the voice or the looks exactly the same as the original singer, she was excellent & beautiful! hehehe!

Jamiyah Charity Carnival / YV's Victory
Went for the Jamiyah Charity Carnival @ Darul Ma'wa. So sorry to the gerlfrenz as i'm not able turn up for the Anugerah '07 Roadshow due to time constraints. :) Last yr, Taufik was invited. But this yr, there's Anuar! HAHAHA! Okay relax ahh.
Anuar Zain looks hawt okays. He's such a humble man. Sooo sweeeeeett lahh towards the kids & audiences. Hehe! He did sang that Mungkin & Widuri. And yes, apart from him, there's Imran Ajmain! He sang, Sudah Tu Sudah, Seribu Tahun & Malu. Sleeq performed Pilihlah Aku & Masanya. While Didicazli sang his hits, Dambaan. Not forgetting, Erti Persahabatan, whr he invited the volunteers to sang together on the stage. Fauzie Laily sang Selalu & Inikah Cinta. Kelana Purba & their hilarious spontaneous performances. Love them can? Ooops! :P

... SLEEQ. with their sleek-ness. melting the youngs sistas. Haaa! ....
... IMRAN AJMAIN. versatile man. Kak Faiz gagaga over him ehks? ;) ...
... ANUAR ZAIN. See, he's dimple. HAHAHA! Very down-to-earth! ...
... Never had enuff. Thou we meet like every tue? Hehe! I love his outfit can? ...

Fortunately, this time round i manage to watch the match. YV won 7-2 over the opponent, Bishannite FC. Thank God. And, YV was crowned as the champion for the AFL Nationwide Championship 2007. Had our small celebrations. YV's victory is my victory as well okays. HAHAHA! Camwhores is a must for us too.
